Anything for Fathimah..

Fathimah wanted so much to treat her friends to cupcakes with edible images. Her classmates went gaga, previously on her birthday, when she brought cupcakes for her best friends. Some drool with envy, she felt bad and told me to make more cupcakes next time. So, here's her chance. I eventually managed to treat her friends to "CIKGU EYNA"'s recipe of the best CUPCAKE in JOHOR BAHRU.. !!

Fathimah had always loved cikgu eyna's orange cupcakes.. and kekwa loved her buttercream recipe. I am so thankful to cikgu eyna for her time, to help me prepare THE MOST DELICIOUS BUTTERCREAM for fathimah's cupcakes.

I was quite taken aback when my husband told me that fathimah's class celebration was suppose to be on Friday morning. I was extremely busy from MONDAY ONWARDS. Tuesday was the day we prepared for our trip to PAHANG. WEDNESDAY was the trip to pahang, THURSDAY was ALI'S CONVOCATION. I reached home at about 5pm on THURSDAY and couldn't rush to any of my cupcake supplies shop. Luckily, cikgu eyna rang my mind. I called her, and she HAD all the items I NeedeD for the class celebration. THANK YOU SO MUCH, MY GORGEOUS CIKGU EYNA!! MAY ALLAH TAMBAH YOUR REZEKI FOR ALL THE LOVELY TIPS AND MANY HELP THAT YOU"VE GIVEN TO US!!! AMEEN!!

I've always admired people who are not stingy in giving little tips. Allah will always balas them with MORE SECRETS and definitely their rezeki door will open wide. Cikgu Eyna and also my another friend, Su from jbcupcakelovers are two of the people I know, who leave no hesitation or regrets in lending tips to people. THUMBS UP!!!

Here's what Siti and I managed to squeeze at the very last minute. (see image below) At 8.30pm. I went to Perling to get the essential supplies from cikgu eyna. There was an accident at Pasir Gudang Highway, so traffic was slow. After the long trip to Perling Indah, I finally reached home at 10.30pm. Started putting all the recipes together, and so thankful, the buttercream is already done.. Quite suprise when cikgu eyna told me she had made the buttercream for me.. so so so so happy and very thankful!!! THANK YOU ALLAH! I only need to put the colouring and decorate then.

Finished decorating all the cupcakes at 12.30am in the morning, sharp! Here's the outcome. See pictures below. Half ben10 cupcakes for the boys in fathimah's class, and another half disney princess cupcakes for the girls. I've made 50pcs altogether... I hope everyone will LOVE THE CUPCAKES as much as I DO!! AMEEN..

Kalau crita pasal prata, semua org tahu pe tu prata kat singapore. Kalau aku order prata kat malaysia, dorang kasi aku roti empat segi sapu dgn pLANTA.. aku dah tiga empat kali tersasul order prata jugak kat restaurant mamak kat Johor ni.. tak serik serik... last last, aku suruh laki aku je order..!

Roti prata kat singapore tak lah sepower roti canai malaysia ni.. singapore nye curry tak best sangat.. kalau nak mintak sambal pun singapore mamak stall macam takde sey.. aku suka sangat roti canai/roti kosong kat singgah selalu.. kuah DHAL dia.. mak oi.. sungguh amazing rasanya.. Orang lain pegi singgah selalu order beratus ratus... aku spend RM1.80 untuk 2 keping roti canai.. !!

Mee mamak yang aku order pat atas, (bought from the 24hours restaurant OPP WOODLANDS POLYCLINIC) tu tak sedap sungguh.. tak ada rasa macam mee mamak yang aku order kat world trade center dulu tu.. mee mamak original..

Ok.. ni nak crita pasal one of the MOST SEDAP MEE MAMAK in MARSILING.. aku suka satu store kat old woodlands transit tu.. paling suka.. tapi, dia selalu tutup kul 10pm.. so i seldom get to enjoy the food there! Here's some pictures i've taken.. the nasi goreng is also SO DELICIOUS SIOT..!!

The mee kuah also wonderful.. tapi mee dia macam ada rasa mentah sikit.. mungkin dia tak celur lama sikit.. tapi kuah dia sedap gila..

Laki aku suka order kopi... sekalik dia terperanjat kopi kat singapore 80cents.. dia ingat 1dollar plus.. macam kat malaysia.. ini dia gambar kopi yang kita order.. rasa dia sungguh lazat.. tak macam any kopi in MALAYSIA lah.. aisey.. memang lah rasa kopi singapore.. truly unique!

We went to Amma Restaurant the other, after so many months of empty promises.. heheh.. i promised musthafa that i will treat him to a sumptuous bryani dinner if he managed to squeeze into any of the POLYTECHNICS in singapore. He got into Ngee Ann.. and I was so happy, i told him.. OK.. AMMA COMING UP.. after so many hopeful waits. musthafa finally got his most awaited bryani chicken...! FROM AMMA RESTAURANT.. the one and only in town.. yum yum yum!!

i love decorating so much.. it aches.. hahahah.. yeahhhhh. enjoyment and fulfillment victors...! Anyway, my next project, spongebob square pants.. my kids request.. my daughters class farewell party in johor will shine with lots of goodies from me..!!

Atiqah's Birthday

Yeah yeah.. it's atiqah's birthday.. yummy food.. lots of happening stuff... and lost of curly fringes.. heheh.. i'm talking about atiqah's hair..

i've made her a lovely cake, based on mak buyong's request.. chocolate cake with orange cupcakes..
Ini dia mak and atiqah, kena potong kek. yelah, mak yang keluarkan atiqah dari perut mak.. jadi kenalah potongkan kek dgn atiqah.. mak and atiqah's birthday right?? Mak melahirkan, atiqah dilahirkan...

Sape punya present tu sebenarnya tu?? Ade budak hussain cute comey lotey berkobar kobar nak tolong bukak pulak..!!
